TOYS TOURNAMENT

WILLESLEY PARK G.C. MONDAY 2nd DECEMBER 2024

For many years it has been the tradition of the Society to hold a tournament to celebrate the festive season, whilst at the same time making a significant contribution to the local charity supporting underprivileged children at Christmas. "Toys on the Table"

This year is no exception, the event will be held at the President`s  home club WILLESLEY PARK Golf Club.

T he tournament will take the form of a 4-ball Am-Am stableford, with the best two scores to count on each hole.

Entry to the competition will include Coffee on arrival a 2 x Course Christmas Dinner (2 Meat carvery served with all the trimmings)and a sweet. The cost is fully inclusive at £40 per person.

Please do not forget the contribution of a new toy (suggested minimum value of £8) for the Charity Toys on the Table

The start sheet will be on the web site a few days before the event, but please ensure you advise us of your preferred start time, on your submission. Tee times 9.00 - 12.30.

This event has always been extremely popular and early booking is essential, as we always have  a full starting sheet.

Members may enter as teams of four but may enter individually or in  t wos or threes and be made up into teams.

We also include Gentlemen Vice Captains who are welcome to play in this event.

Please note Willesley only have 4 buggies for hire and if the course is too wet there will be a buggy ban.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE WE HAVE CONFIRMED NUMBERS PLAYING AND EATING WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM SO IF YOU CANNOT PLAY YOU NEED TO INFORM OWEN NO LATER THAN 28th NOVEMBER.
