We (SLRGC) are hosting the 2025 “3 Counties” triangular match being played at Melton Mowbray Golf Club, Thorpe Arnold, Grantham Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE14 4SD (Tele 01664 562118 - Web Site www.meltonmowbraygolfclub.com) on Friday 8th August 2025.

This being a Single stableford competition (16 Golfers) from each county, with the top twelve scores (3/4 of the field), per County being aggregated to determine the wining county. Golfers should arrive from 10:00hrs for the meet & greet (or at Least 1 hour before the golfers tee time) for Coffee/Tea with Bacon Baps. The President & Club Captain will Welcome all at 10:45hrs, ready for the first tee at 11:00.

The 1st Tee will be at 11:00hrs then closed until 13:00hrs. After the Golf we will dine in groups together on a rolling basis from  approx 16:30hrs, the menu is confirmed as Chicken Breast, in Cheese sauce, Potatoes, & Seasonal Vegetables, followed by a Cheescake with fruit sauce or Cream.

Golfers may change from their golf wear, into Jacket & Ties, but this not mandatory, smart casual or golf attire acceptable.  The SLRGC President will announce the final results when all entries are returned and the last golfers are seated for their meals, golfers may leave after the meal if they do not want to wait for the results. Listed below are the representatives from SLRGC and the playing order with representatives from Derbyshire GCS & Cambridgeshire GCS.(Costs are Confirmed at £35.00per Golfer). Please check your Handicap Index details at the registration desk before you play, and record your gross score as well as Stableford pts, you card should be submitted to EG for Handicap reviews.
