Competition No 5 - THE TERRY WATTS  PATRON’S PLATE - 2025

This is an Annual Competition hosted by SLRGC but originally proposed by the late Patron, Mr Terry Watts.

to play for his memorial trophy, at Cosby Golf Club.

This is a 4 Ball better ball competition, with the best 2 scores to count on each hole. Teams can be made up as follows, members of the society, plus male Club Captains & Vice captains (Not yet members), members may also invite members of other Past Captains Society as a guests (Who we play during the year) but all must affiliated to the English Golf Union, and hold a current Handicap. 

  All can be invited to join a Team with an SLRGC member as well as just a SLRGC team to play at

   THURSDAY 31st JULY 2025        

This is a Four Ball am-am Stableford Competition, with 2 Best Scores to count at each hole (85% Pci)

          Cost per player £35.00 per player or £140 per team

           To include Coffee/Tea & Bacon Baps on arrival prior to playing, 18 Holes of Golf.

         Food after your round is available at your own costs, please pre book from the Menu when registering to play.

            Can't get a four? Singles and pairs will be grouped together to make up fourballs.

             The First tee is Reserved from 11:00hrs.

         A Tee time start sheet will be available for viewing on the SLRGC website, plus will be sent to all entries

Opting for an early start time, where possible, will ease the administration of the event. All entries should be submitted by the Web Form if possible, those who are inviting guest should also email the guest Names & Clubs so Handicaps can be checked prior to play to Owen Cook (owencook@ntlworld.com) Mr O Cook. 57 Edendale Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 0EW.
