Actual Tee Times will be confirmed with a Start Sheet when player numbers are known, starting from 11:00hrs onwards. 

Meet & Greet from 10:00hrs (Coffee/Tea) and Bacon Baps, then 1st Tee Time at 10:56hrs onwards, (Teams Pre-drawn as on entry, or grouped), playing 4 Ball Better Ball amam (Best 2 Scores to count). after Golf a One Course meal, Hot Buffet (Such as Steal pie & chips, but to be confirmed). Meals to be served from 15:30hrs as groups come in.

The fully inclusive price of £40 per Golfer (Team Prizes & Nearest the Pins). We had paid a Deposit for the previous booking of expected 24 to 32 golfers. Subject to alterations (Prior Notice has to be given 7 days in advance), therefore all will depend on numbers applying. Members are advised that Non-Members (Club Captains, Vice Captains or a Club guest can join a team), in order to get a Club 4 Ball, however 3's, 2's & Singles golfers can enter the event, so groups can be pulled together by the President to ensure all members can play in the event and make up the numbers. Society Golf Clothing need not be worn, nor Jacket & Tie for the after golf meal, however all golfers must wear appropiate clothing on and off the course, as expected for a Golf Club. Buggies may not be allowed on the course as it depends on the day and course rules. Mat's may not be mandatory but these will be advise by the SLRGC organiser, as will the winter rules.
