ON WEDNESDAY 28th AUGUST 2024 at COVENTRY GOLF CLUB, ST MARTINS ROAD, FINHAM, COVENTRY, CV3 6RJ.

ARRIVE from 11:00hrs (tba)  for the MEET & GREET or 1 Hour before your tee times. Brunch will be (Coffee/Tea, Bacon Baps).

The 1st tee is at 12:00 (tba), then after the GOLF a 2 Course meal will be provided. Note this is now only a 16 man team (8 pairs per County). Listed below is the pre-selected SQUAD, not the playing order (Alphabetical order only).  Please Confirm your availability below and/or send an email to Hon Secretary G.McIntyre. Please advise asap so that a full team can be selected, you will note it looks like we have plenty of golfers (27), however it is often the case that many golfers have to drop out and we struggle to get golfers, so please confirm asap so we can give adequate notice to all being selected. The cost is are to be confirmed as £(tba) per head.

MEMBERS are reminded to wear SOCIETY Golf Clothing for the match then SOCIETY formal dress for after match meal at 18:00hrs
